How does it work?

A small group of women, six to ten of us, come together around one theme. The circle is closed. What's said here stays here. Nobody stays a stranger for long.

WE SPEAK

Each woman tells a personal story connected to the theme. Not a polished version. Not the story she's rehearsed. The one that's actually true.

WE LISTEN

While one woman speaks, the rest of us listen. No advice. No "have you tried..." No rushing to make it better. Just full attention.

WE CHANGE

When everyone has spoken, we sit with what emerged. What was recognised. What surprised us. What we thought only happened to us.

Where things changed—not by fixing, but by truly listening, holding space, and responding with quiet understanding.
